Group Level Permission

Question

I am new to the "Groups" option for my users.&nbsp; I have an application that tracks services order for multiple projects.&nbsp; I have a group set up for each project.Project A has 9 users - These users are all part of a group called Group A.&nbsp;&nbsp;Project B has 24 users - These users are all part of a group called Group B.The users in both projects need to be assigned to the following role with set permissions.

Management
Office Admin
Technician
Technician Supervisor
Client

So, I can create the group and add the group to the application.&nbsp; I can assign the user a role.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there a way to say the users assigned to Group A only see the records associated with Project A and Group B only see the records associated with Project B?------------------------------Amber Polston------------------------------

Amber,Quick Base has a "group's records" capabilities that would allow users to only see records that members of their group added to that table. If that's something that would achieve your goal, this help article outlines that process.&nbsp;If that doesn't solve your need, my other guess is that you'd have to actually create a Groups table that contains a List - User field on it. Within that field, you would select all users that are part of that group, and add the List - User field to any relationships. This would then display that collection of users as a group is selected on any subsequent child tables, and your role settings can be set to "When the user is included in the LIST USER field".Eric------------------------------Eric Mohlman------------------------------
