How do I ensure that a project I have added to my Boss' list of projects indicates that I have this project. It does not show up under my list of projects.

We started using Quickbase to help our Area Manager and our AVP to keep track of all the projects we are handling. The projects normally show up under our personal list of projects. I cannot seem to get some new projects that I've added to show up under my list of projects. Can anyone help me to do that?
