How do I get the ""notify whom"" list to include a specific field?

I am creating an email notification and need to reference a specific field in the table.  The choices I get do not include:
"The email address listed int the field:Job - Office email"

  • As soon as you change the notification type to single record only as opposed to including multiple record changes, you will get the �from� option.
  • Notifications are sent to QB users; your options when selecting the recipient(s) of a notification are the user fields on the table you're creating the notification on.

    Is [Job - Office email] a user field?
