How to update permission rules to allow other user to edit form
Per current report functionality/permission setup, only the user who has submitted the form is able to edit the form. In that user's absence no one is able to edit the form.
So need some ideas, solution how can we create/update permissions, rules so that if user who has submitted the form can assign some other as delegate and allow to edit all required fields and submit form successfully.
