Increasing file attachment subscription?

Question

Hello,&nbsp;With our client, we currently have around 700 child projects in our application with over 2,100 documents. We've been using this application to track our projects for 2019 and as expected, we exceeded the 75MB limit in order to copy an application. Now that 2020 is here, we need to copy over our open child projects to a new application but since there's many attachments (over 4GB), we are unable to copy the application without the attachments pulling over.How can we copy an application with all attachments included, even if they exceed the 75 MB limit? Do we need to up our subscription and file capacity on our account? If not, what do we do?------------------------------Rae Garrett------------------------------

Rae,Yes you will need to work with Quick Base.&nbsp; &nbsp;However why do you need to copy to a new application?&nbsp; What is the business case that makes the original application unusable in 2020?&nbsp; &nbsp;That is not a very large number of records and it not that many documents.&nbsp; Your Quick Base app can grow a lot bigger.------------------------------Don LarsonPaasporterWestlake OH------------------------------

Two comments.1. I 100% agree with Don - why copy the app?&nbsp; That would be a very rare ting to do for no good reason other that the calendar rolled over.&nbsp; The next thing you know someone will want a 2 year report and you are then stuck.&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Hi there -&nbsp;Thank you for your responses. The reason for copying the app is because we are making a lot of adjustments to current fields which means we need to go back and adjust all of the fields that were effected.&nbsp;Here's an example:We have a Project Type field which gives them option to select from a dropdown options such as:&nbsp;- Flyer&nbsp;- Handout&nbsp;- Social Media - General&nbsp;The "Social Media - General" option is being removed which will effect all of the projects that have this selected.------------------------------Rae Garrett------------------------------
