Good day Mark and thank you for your response.

 

 

Attached is a screen shot of the problem that I am encountering. Users in my LCT &  CFSA > Lead Abatement /Renovation Permit Application are able to see and view records in the Pre 1978 Multi-Pro. I have denied them access using their group user account but they are still able to see the Pre 1978 DC Multi-Pro. My goal is to completely deny the users from LCT &  CFSA > Lead Abatement /Renovation Permit Application access to the Pre 1978 Multi-Pro.

 

I have tried several options and that is the reason I want to take the Pre 1978 DC Multi-Pro offlilne until am able to fix this problem.

I would have to work one one one with you to solve this issue as there is not enough information in the post to solve it and also, it does not appear that you are the Admin for the app.  Are you he admin for this app?  Do you have an internal resource who is the admin for this app?
