PDF report that comes with the subscription

Question

We like the pdf report that comes with a subscription, because of the format and color. But we need to run it sometimes at odd times. It is hard to show users how to pull this report when they need it by going to manage subscription and sending a test email on the active subscription. So my question is:

1. is it possible to create this pdf colored report a different way?

Ideally, I would love to just have a button embedded in my projects table. This particular report is generated from the Budgets table.

Or even if I could have a button on the dash board.

Please help.

You can do a lot of stuff in QuickBase by just mimicing the URL you see when you do something natively.

so for example when you do a test subscription the URL will read like this

https://mycompany.quickbase.com/db/xxxxxxxx?a=sendsubscription&id=1

So, just make a URL formula button to do that.
