Possible to Save a Users Personal Report as a Common Report?

Question

If a user creates a personal report, and sends the link to me and I want to save it as a common report for everyone, is that possible? It doesn't appear to be possible as I do not have a 'Save As' Option and it notifies me that it will only be stored under 'Mine'.

All I can think of is to temporarily give that user access to save common reports, have them save, and then block that access again.

Are you sure that you tried this on a personal report link sent my someone else to you? It wont let you save without the radio button options as to how to share it?
