Project team

We work on project thought Quick Base which each project can have many contact or project team members. I would like to have a report or link not sure that will list the people working on that project. I am not sure if you could sent up to just add a contact to a list or do you have to crate a relationship. All suggest ?

    This is a classical Many to Many relationship.

    One Project has Many Resource Assignments
    One Resource (ie a Person) has Many Resource Assignments.

    So just create the middle table also called a Join Table.

    Then you would have an embedded report of the Resource Assignments showing the Team member name, on the Project record, and if you like on the Team member table you can have a report of all Resource Assignments for Active Projects.
