You can find out how many unique choices there are on the table by creating a summary report and grouping by that department ID number field. But my suspicion is that you have too many choices.
One clue that could be when the report loads and you put your cursor into that filter box, if it spins for a while and then stops that meant that it decided that there were too many choices.

It looks like there are 457 Division IDs.

- MarkShnier__You2 years agoQrew ChampionI don't know what the limit is, (maybe 100) but obviously at some point the list gets too long to be a useful drop-down list so they don't show the choices.
