Email an Exact Form Output

Willis, do you mean a listing of the field values for the form after input or a "picture" of the form in the email?

------------------------------ - Thanks for responding. I am trying to email output after you click on the HTML link that the exact from creates in record. If I try using sending the entry it shows as a hyperlink in a notification.

Make a formula Rich Text field.

Does it render an image when places on a form? If so maybe it can be used in the body of an email notification.
