Need a button to view current record in a different form

np, look at your list of forms and observe the Form ID#.
Then make a Formula URL button like

URLRoot() & "db/" & dbid() & "?a=dr&dfid=10&rid=" & [Record ID#] 

That says to display the record on Form ID #10
