... What happens if you open up that file attachment field to everyone on the Internet. I know you know you may not want to do that permanently but does it get around the problem temporarily. That would tell us whether it's a permission problem.

Changing the field permissions to "Allow access to this file attachment from a Quickbase link without signing in" worked. He was able to view the pic.

- MarkShnier__You4 years agoQrew ChampionDoes that solve you issue. Or do you want to lock that down again. Since that solved the problem it just must be that those users don't have access to that other table.

It resolved the issue so I'm good with it. The links are internal use only so don't see an issue.
I tested having myself removed from one of the other apps that had the attachment and source file for the link. I still didn't have trouble seeing it when I clicked the link.
Very Strange.
