Creating a Table to Table for the same Table is very easy. Select the same Table when you go through the connection process.
Are you sure you need to relate the Table to itself? I find this to be a rarely required in DB architecture. What is the business case you are trying to solve? Might there be another way to get to the objective without a recursive relationship?
