And how would a "admin" do that? I am an admin but cannot change the name of a user. Her name is grayed out in the admin console and that seems to be the only place I could possible change her name.

I am having a similar issue. The email is correct, but it is just the first name that is incorrect. I cannot change any of them, though.

- #I believe that if you register your company's email domain with the Care Team then you can edit your company's employees name. But if the access is like @gmail, then only the user can edit their own name.
