I generally get good response but I do think it depends on the nature of your questions. If they are in the nature of a "how to" question which is more along the lines of Application development questions then they are probably going to be slower to respond than if you are reporting an actual bug or need a setting changed or need data restored.
ie I assume that they they triage the tickets.

I don't mind waiting for how to answers, it's the real issues that the community cannot fix is what I am worried about.
In this particular case, my master user profile cannot create a valid user token. (other app users can create valid tokens). It's something that I believe only support can do anything about.
