Regarding creation of Invoice like report and subscription to send it on annual basis on a specific date

What is the annual cost for the same and is it onetime payment? Also is it subscriber based or it can be used by multiple users once purchased.

I believe the cost is about $40 per month for the whole app. It can be used by all users in the app. Also you will need to give the Juiced userid access to the app, so that will cost one license.

Just want to clear up 1 thing Mark mentioned...our add-ons support user tokens so you do not need to have our id in your app any longer.  So that additional user cost is not required to use our add-ons. 

If you do the add-on setup yourself all you need is a user token.

If you want us to do the setup then you can invite our id into the app but only for the setup process.  Once setup is complete our user id can be removed from the app.

Just an FYI on the cost the $40 was consistent plus some setup fees.  The configurator is pretty straight forward to use.
