Relationships

I have Table 1, which has fields A,B,C (Field A is my key record) then I have Table 2 with Fields B,D,E (Field B and D are my key records) I need to lookup field B from Table 1 to Table 2. How can I set that relationship? I tried to do it and Key fields in both Tables are different and that is how I set relationships between two tables
