Remove ability to create a new record from a parent lookup field

Quick question regarding the ability to create a new record (Project) in a child form lookup field (Project).  Only want them to select from the existing projects in the parent table.  Not sure if this is a dynamic form rule on the child table or should it be a field rule on the parent (Project Name) field table.

    If you restrict the role that the users are generally in to not permit them to add projects, then the system will respect that limitation.   This of course assumes that you actually want to prevent them from creating new projects by any means.

    Does that solve your issue, ie Permissions?
