Sandbox Publish button disabled

I'm trying to publish a sandbox but I can't push the publish button.  When I cursor over it, i get a round red circle with a link through it.

Any ideas?

    Please ignore, I figured it out.  At first it was not showing me that I had warnings.  Finally it did and one I corrected them, I was able to publish.
