URL Button on the Home Page that will go to the URL in a new tab

I have a URL Button on my home page that opens the URL in the same tab. I am wondering if it's possible to open the URL in a new tab. As far as I can see, I am only able to specify that URL, not the a...

The best way is to have a very small Text box element on the Dashboard. 

It can even be in the side bar to keep it small.  Type the words to appear for the link, then highlight the words and use the chain icon to add in the URL and it will ask you if you want to open in a new tab or new window.
