User Permissions Exceptions for a Report
I have a table for Time entries and PTO requests. It is currently set up so that a Staff Member can only see entries for current user (themselves). This has been perfect but now I am trying to make a calendar that shows when staff members are out of office in QuickBase instead of them entering it separately in Outlook.
I can get the entries to populate on the calendar in a separate table for office coverage and if you are an admin you can see them- Name, Date & Times. But if you are a staff member you can only see the date and times someone will be gone and it still blocks the user name of anyone besides the current user. That table doesn't have any custom rules but since it pulls the Staff Member name from the original table with that rule it is still blocking the name but not the times?
I tried making a new field on the coverage table where the calendar report is for staff which is ToText([Staff Member]) thinking it would possibly make it so they can see the name but it hides that one too.
Any suggestions on how to get the staff members name to appear in this separate table for a calendar report?
