What permissions are required to test as another user?
I want my team members to be able to use the "test as another user" feature but I do not want them to have admin privileges. Is this possible?

Don't forget, they just rolled that new feature back somewhat, because you can't modify or add or delete any records when testing as another user. They can only access the app as read-only.

If I can ask what are you trying to accomplish with allowing your none admins to test as another user? Is it to give them access to other forms or dashboards or to adjust their own permissions in some way?

I've given management access, but they don't want to be admins to change anything. They do however want to see different departments homepages (I've set up some of the homepages so they can show the projects/tasks for who's logged in). I use that "Is current user" a lot so people's homepages are specific to them.
