What permissions are required to test as another user?
I want my team members to be able to use the "test as another user" feature but I do not want them to have admin privileges. Is this possible?

Try enabling that Role to be able to manage Users share the app.
"Manage users and share the app"
at the top of the Permissions tab.

- Only users with Administrator access will be able to Test as a User. If you're doing this so that management can see a dashboard that's keyed to the "Current User", you'll have to build additional structure and setup a special dashboard for Management to be able to do that without having Administrator access.
