Hey guys,

QB newbie here - working my way through the online training webinars. I'm a project manager and a big pain point for my team is generating incidents to submit to technical resources - mostly because they're generally complicated and require a lot of manual editing of templates and inputting values.

I'm designing a form that that will take variables and inputs and track projects, but which also have the ability to generate and print (to screen) a custom template which team members can then copy and submit.

I've been able to achieve what I'm aiming for using Exact Forms, but it seems pretty archaic in 2017 - especially considering I had to go all the way back to Word 2007 just to get the Exact Form macro working.

Ideally, my team would hit a button and QB would spit out lines of plain text on the screen (about 20-30 lines) in a neat and tidy fashion. Am I missing something here? What's the best way to achieve this or do I keep exploring the Exact Forms objection.

Thank you so much!

Have you exported the Juiced add on called for Exact Form Plus?  It lets you create a customized .docx format or .pdf format document and it has a slick interface.

Eventually, all my clients use it when they need a customer facing document which needs to look pretty or meet some exact formatting criteria.  One example of that is a Bill or Lading, which needs to meet an industry standard, plus of course Quotes and Invoices which need to look professional.

There is a demo here.

Juiced can help with the implementation or QSPs like myself implement EF+ setups regularly.
