Hi Eric,

This is a constant annoyance for me. A quick trick would be to add some kind of storing code to your statuses like:

A - Initiated
B - Scheduled
C - In Process
D - Completed

I know not ideal, but it works well with the sorting esp in summaries. Hope that helps!
