Tech Issue? blank rectangle on right of screen

    Hi

    Is anyone else having this problem?  My users and I are seeing a weird rectangle with a spinning circle on the right of the screen.  It's there in not just our regular apps, but if I go to a test app from the training I see it as well (Pictured below).

    I will reach out to customer support, but thought I'd check here first to see if this is a broader issue that others may also be experiencing, or perhaps had happen before.

    Same thing here I just submitted a support case. All submit cases as they prioritize when they have many of the same issue. Otherwise, they start thinking it is realm specific.

    Yes, my team is experiencing this as well. Extremely disruptive to work. Was worried I had picked up some malware at first.

    We did pick up malware - firefox is showing that there is now a facebook tracker on the QB site.

    firefox has an add in to 'containerize' some sites and they provide an icon in the toolbar to show when it is active.
    I activated this add in's facebook example.
    It's my personal opinion that facebook beacons that collect emails or other info to track people across web sites are a form of malware since I did not authorize their use.

    We're having this issue too on our realm. 

    If anyone is having trouble accessing support because the link is blocked, just append the following to your realm's url (after the ".quickbase.com"): /qb/support/ListCases

    It's a feedback widget, you can disable it.

    Right click > Inspect,
    (Find the element I have highlighted in the screen shot) Right click > delete element

    Our SRE team is currently looking into fixing the popup window that is appearing across Quickbase right now. It is impacting a number of account so we are working to investigate it. We are going to be updating our Status page and if you are seeing this issue you can create a case to be tied to our open escalation. Our teams are working on a resolution right now to get that sorted out as soon as possible.

    The popup panel should now be gone, if you are refreshing your pages and still seeing it certainly let us know but ideally you should be back to your normal browsing experience now. We will be posting more follow up information.
