Can you duplicate the ""Results Pages: < 1 2 3 > to the top of a report in addition to the standard bottom of the page?

Is there a way to have the "Results Pages: < 1 2 3 > displayed at the top of a report in addition to the bottom of a report?  It's inconvenient for the user to have to scroll to the very bottom of a long report to move to subsequent pages.  It would be of great value to be able to select at the top of the report as well.  Thanks in advance!

    This is very easy to do using the IOL technique. Here is a screenshot of me manually applying to the script from the console the the full script you can use with the IOL technique:

    I should mention that this is the precise way I develop solutions - first work in the console and then implement the script with a code page and an image onload formula field.
