Different user permissions per project

I am quite new to Quickbase and wondering how best to handle user management for projects. I have several roles setup including a Project Manager and Team Member. The issue is that one project Person A might be the Project Manager leading the project, but on another project Person A may only be a Team Member and someone else managing the project. How could this setup work in Quickbase? Would I change the role based on who created the project, or create separate logins?

    there is tremendous flexibility in Custom Rule Permissions. I suggest making a formula check box field called

    [Allowed to View?]

    Then use that to control your Permission for that Role.

    Then a similar field for [Allowed to Edit?]

    That is great. I am using the ABC Project Manager app and it actually comes with custom access rules such as "Is Project Manager" for each project which is exactly what I need. The more I use Quickbase the more it amazes me :)
