hidden job #
When a job is posted to an APP, QB assigns a Job #, but doesn't appear anywhere except when you view a job or edit a job.
Is there a way to incorporate that Job # into a report?

- Hi Ron,
You would want to go into the field list for the table you are working in and look for that Job # field. When you open up the field settings for that field you can check and see if it is set to be reportable. That is a checkbox that appears at the very bottom of the field. This checkbox decides whether a field can be added to a report and if it isn't enabled then it is hidden by default. - I found the field I was looking for. Its called the Record ID, but appears as Job # when viewing the job.
