How do you change the sort order for a conditional drop-down?

I fear I might see mistakes on the footwear sizes if I end up with something like this.

(6) - 7
(7) - 7.5
(8) - 8
(9) - 8.5

Yes, that would lead to errors for sure. :(

... meanwhile do put in a support ticket quoting that bug and see that they say for timing.  Just in case they think its fixed and it broke again.
