  • Are you running a report, or are you on the table home page.  That is not the same thing.
  • I am running a report. Where can I find the table home page? Can I see the full table view with the respective values for each field as I seem to be able to find how to display only the field list from settings. Thanks.
  • I can tell from the screen shot that you posted of the menu that you see, that you were on the table Home Page.  The table Home page is the page you get when you click on the square icon for the table.

There should be a blue link to reports and charts.  That will allow you to run a report.
  • There is definitely an option in that drop down to delete all records from a report if you so choose. In other words, I can use filters (or dynamic filters) to show a specific set of records and bulk delete them. Or you can delete them line by line in Grid Edit.

I don't see it, I have the admin view and followed all the instructions mentioned above. Is there any other option to select the records you want deleted, besides by using the dynamic filters?
  • Ok, may be I'm mixing terms because when I click "Customize this Page" the view is named "default report". So, yes it is clearly visible under UI section that this is the Home Table page. So closing the loop back to the missing "delete" option under the More menu but still a lot more efficient to manipulate the data from within the "Grid Edit" view.
  • Please listen top what i am suggesting.  You are making this more complicated than it is.

    1. Run a report.
    2. Use the more button and you will see the delete option.

Got it, that worked. This was the missing link - I wasn't running a report. Thanks.
