Mobile Behavior not matching Desktop

I have 2 dynamic form rules that allows me to select a related field (which pulls in lookup fields), and then fills fields on more form with those fields. The 2nd dynamic form rule just blanks it all out when deleted. Works perfectly on desktop.

On mobile, it loads everything and looks great. Then I save, and nothing saves. All fields are blank. Any idea why nothing saves? It's almost like I have a rule telling everything to blank out, but the rules are identical so I'm stumped.
