iPad Back Button disappears when moving from Portrait to Landscape

I've searched the net and haven't seen anything, so I assume there is a simple solution I am overlooking. When our salespeople turn their iPads to Landscape mode from Portrait, the QuickBase back butt...

Not receiving a response in this forum, I entered a support case with QuickBase. The behavior I described has been previously documented and it is listed as a bug to be fixed, though there is no commitment as to when the product team will release a fix for it.
