Multi select user Field is Populating as Square Bracket "[]" in Pipeline.

I have created a pipeline using in built Quickbase search to get the Analysts and Project Managers. These two fields are multi-select user fields. I am using these fields in other steps. It is working...

Choose Days is my Multi Select Field where user selects a day of the week.

{% if a.choose_days is not none %}
{{a.choose_days}}
{% else %}
{{CLEAR}}
{% endif %}
