Transfer ownership of application token from one user to another

If it is entangled in absolutely everything / critical, and the transfer-of-ownership help primer doesn't help, it may be simpler to re-assign the account to a different email you have access to, strip it of any individual user's name, and let it be a de-facto QBA production account for your company, at least temporarily.
