Unable to test as another role?

Question

I have a user who needs to be able to test as other roles.&nbsp; We initially created a new role, added some permissions and cleared the checkbox in the UI settings that hides test as other roles.&nbsp; This worked initially, and she abruptly lost access to that feature.&nbsp; The settings were examined carefully and nothing appeared to be blocking the ability to test as other roles.&nbsp; Eventually she was given a watered down admin role and had the ability to test as other roles for a few days before the feature stopped working again (she did not see the test as others when clicking on the triangle next to her name).&nbsp; She is using Chrome and has cleared her cache/browsing history.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Any suggestions where else to look to resolve this problem?------------------------------Paul Peterson------------------------------

Hi Paul,I would recommend reaching out to get in touch with the Care team for help with this one. That way they can take a look at the permissions with you and ideally if your user is available do a screen share to see if they can figure out what might be causing that issue. You can get in touch with the Care team by clicking Support here in Community where it appears in the upper right hand corner or when you are in Quickbase by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner and selecting "Manage Support Cases".
