The field type is "timestamp" (checked this through the api portal - "label": "Date Qualified", "type": "timestamp") However, your revised code still worked! - Awesome, now I can move on with my life..haha. I just thought of another route that my work for my needs. If I create a date formula field to format the timestamp data to a simple date, then use the formula field with to export into my email report. Your assumption is correct, there is a parent (sales rep)/child (commissions) relationship. The sales rep id used in a report link to filter the qualified commissions, so each rep can only see their commission due (in QuickBase). However, I haven't found a way to embed a report from a report link field, so that is maintains the report link filter. Short of formatting the timestamp data to a simple date. This was my first thought, but unfortunately there is no way to filter a report before embedding it. In my case, the table I'm working from is qualified commissions for our sales staff. When they get paid, the pipeline would email the sales rep a report of all the commissions included in their payment. I get a validation error after inserting the code you suggested, so I'm still in search of a means of formatting the timestamp. The example formats Percentage and Currency, but does anyone know the syntax need to format a date data? I need it in the MMDDYYYY format (no time stamp). Thank you. There is no option to append a line item to an existing invoice that that I've found. What I ended up doing is adding the line item into QuickBase (which I really didn't want to do) then update the invoice (it will resend all of the line items including the new one). I'm having difficulty figuring out how to add a line item to an existing QuickBooks Online Invoice using Pipelines. If I choose the action "update invoice" and put in the info for the line item, it over-writes all of the existing line item data, leaving me with just the one line I was trying to add. Is appending a line item to an existing invoice possible without have to resend all of the line items data again? Thanks in advance! I was finally able to resolve the issue by adding some CSS formatting better define table structures. Once I did that, the unwanted page breaks went away. I know nothing of CSS or HTML, so it took a lot of learning and picking my way though the lines of html to figure out what was going on. Many trial and error attempts and refreshes, but finally got it. I wish their was a better way to create a printable form from Quick Base data without paying a third party subscription.
