I have a bar chart that shows how many projects a team member has. When you click on the bar, a list report is displayed of that team member's projects. I want to know if there's a way to edit this embedded report to sort by project status. Any help is appreciated!

At the present time in QuickBase, when you drill down into a summary report or a Chart (which is really just another form of a summary report), you get the default report columns in the default sort.

So, you would need to change your default sort and perhaps your default columns by going into settings and then reports and then at the top right, to default report.

You will see that you are only offered 1 sort level.  If that is a problem, then the work-a-round is to create your own concatenated field like [Project Status - Project Name]

List("-",[Project Status],[Project Name])

and set that to be your default sort field. it does not need to be a column, just the default sort.
