For our sales process, we have created a fairly simple process/form using QuickBase. We have 4 different users, one of which is the sales consultant. The sales consultant can submit a new request or update an existing request. We want to create an email that notifies one or more of the other user groups when a sales person has done either of these actions (add or modify). We do not necessarily want the notification to trigger if the other user groups add or modify.
Any suggestions? I thought we would we need to create a notification, but maybe we need to create buttons the sales team would click to trigger the notification?
