How do I make records in same table that have the same unique identifier reflect changes across all the records that share that unique identifier?

I have built a very functional table/process in quickbase, but as we start growing it, we have realized that when we work on multiple projects within this table there are duplicated efforts (we recruit businesses to join our "network") - we may be recruiting businesses for multiple projects, but don't want the records to differ even if there are 4 different ones for 4 different projects. The ultimate process and outcome is the same no matter what the project is - (get them to sign a contract)!

It sounds like you need to have a Parent Child setup. You have not said what the unique Identifier represents in real life but that sounds like a Parent to me.

Then under the Parent which holds the common information you would have your Child Projects.
