I made a role - "Available to the Internet" but I do not know how to:

  1. Apply it only to one form in my table
  2. Find the URL someone will use to get to it without signing in
  3. Strip the form of Sign In etc stuff.

Thanks!

Try this

Apply it only to one form in my table.  Go to Forms Usage and set that a Role to use that form.

Find the URL someone will use to get to it without signing in.  Just do a test as Role and go to Add Record and copy the URL you see.

Strip the form of Sign In etc stuff.  There will not be a sign on required.

Note that you will need to consider where the user will be redirected to once they save. Do you want them to be directed to a dummy form saying just "Thank you for your Application ....."  They will need to know that their entry was saved.  You will also need to make. Home page for that role which is highly limited.

When I try the URL in a new browser  it still asks me to sign in.  I am guessing something is wrong in my role setting.  Please advise.  Thank you

Do have a Role set up as being open to Everyone on the Internet?  Have you allowed everyone on the Internet to Add records and to View all records in that Table?

Here is the help on doing that.
