Once a user is logged in to Quickbase, is there a way to see exactly what pages they've gone to (drill down to specific pages)?

There is no native feature in QuickBase which will log all the pages your users visits. Even if there was a cardinal rule of logging is not to store your log data in the same place as your application data is stored (in your tables) because log data can become enormous and can create huge loads on the system.

Storing your logs in a database isn't a HORRIBLE idea, but storing them in the same database as your other production data is.

While there are some technical things that can be done that might amaze you, I would refocus your inquiry on what questions you want to answer or what problem you want to solve.
