QuickBase cannot disclose the identities of any customer to any other customer, as dictated by our security and privacy policies. QuickBase Support cannot access any customer data unless expressly invited to do so by the customer themselves. The QuickBase network is encrypted with 256 bit SSL encryption at all points, and all databases are password protected with 8 character passwords for all users. QuickBase operates redundant data centers that are governed by regulations set forth in the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, relevant to the data storage of customer information by financial institutions.
