Save master record while editing to add new detail record

We've done this with Javascript already, but I'm pretty sure Quickbase introduced this as a native feature.  I've looked everywhere, however, and cannot find it.  The basic gist is as follows:  I have a master record add form open, and I want to be able to add a detail record (with the "Add Record" button created by a relationship) from it.  I need to save the master record first so that its ID exists to relate to the detail record.  Did Quickbase introduce this, then remove it?  Or am I just missing where this can be configured in Quickbase?

Thanks for any help!

Yes, It's now native.

It's a checkbox setting in Advanced Properties for the table.

Save parent record automatically when a child record is created. Learn more

I just pasted that from my one if my own apps in productions. That is why you don't have access. So just go to your app and look at the Advanced  Properties.
