I have a Survey open to EOTI. The survey is 10 questions, plus some additional fields for collecting comments, respondent data, etc. I have split the survey into 3 forms:

  1. Form 1: (FID #2) - Contains questions 1 to 5
  2. Form 2: (FID #10) - Contains questions 6 to 10
  3. Form 3: (FID #11) - Contains respondent data

The splitting into 3 forms allows for the questions to be easily displayed on 1 screen with no scrolling by the Respondent (proven to increase response rates).

When Form 1 is complete, I'd like to check that all 5 questions have been answered, save and move to Form 2 (through the use of a URL button). Complete the same check for Form 2 and move to Form 3. Once Form 3 is complete, I'd like the button to check the details of Form 3, save the record and redirect back to a Thank You page.

I'd also like for the Navigation Bar to be hidden (including the Save and Save As options). All Saves and navigation are done through the URL buttons.

Possible?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for using our online community!

The functionality you're looking for is not currently available in QuickBase natively, so you'd want to contact a QuickBase Partner to explore the options they can provide for this forms situation. Here's a quick link to our Partners page: http://quickbase.intuit.com/partners
