Users most often run into this issue when their browser is having trouble with loading content from the Quick Base CDN. This causes Quick Base to appear as text without all the visual elements to help it to be navigated. This happens most often when a specific computer or network is not set up to accept all of the IP addresses that Quick Base is delivering that content from. I would check and make sure you have all the IP addresses and resources whitelisted from the article linked below on your network:
