Cannot change Record Owner when Sandbox is enabled

Since enabling the Sandbox, I am no longer able to change the Record Owner. Without Sandbox enabled, when editing a record on a form I could scroll to the bottom and click a link that said "change"...

Thanks for pointing this out. This is not the expected behavior and we will address this in an upcoming release.
