URL link box code issue

Remove the single quote above in bold and underlined like this:

"<a class='Vibrant Success' style=\"border:0px solid green; background-color:green; text-align: center;-box-shadow: 0px 10px 13px -7px #000000, 9px 7px 12px 6px #000000; \nbox-shadow: 0px 10px 13px -7px #000000, 9px 7px 12px 6px #000000;\" href= " & [CRM Link] & " target='_blank'>CRM Job Link</a>"

Sorry that didn't exactly work. Anythime I change "CRM Link Input" Field, the box ceases to work.
For example, I inputted yahoo.com as a test and the page it tried to open was this:
https://sfy.quickbase.com/db/www.yahoo.com

Never mind it works when I designate the https. Sorry that mistake make me feel dumb.

How do I tell this to open in a new tab by default? Just add ' target='_blank'?

Okay so here's what I got that's working mostly great:
"<a class='Vibrant Success' style=\"border:0px solid green; background-color:green; text-align: center;-box-shadow: 0px 10px 13px -7px #000000, 9px 7px 12px 6px #000000; \nbox-shadow: 0px 10px 13px -7px #000000, 9px 7px 12px 6px #000000;\" href= " & [CRM Link] & "' target='_blank'>CRM Job Link</a>"

Only issue, when I go to click the button, it messes up the landing.
So say I input "https://www.paycom.com/"
The new page opens up as: "https://www.paycom.com/'" With the extra ' on the end.
What did I mess up?
