How do eliminate options in a field if it has already be selected?

For example,  I provide classes. I create a class in Class Table held on Monday in Room A.  The room is currently in an separate table called Locations. I create a second class held on Monday, but I want a formula or process that will eliminate Room A as a choice and only show Room B and C as available options. How do I do that?

I will think about if there is a way to explain on this Forum how this might be done, but an interim solution is to provide an easy view, perhaps a calendar report of bookings, to encourage users not to double book.  Then set up a formula field with a concatenation of the [Related Location] and the date and set it in field properties to be Unique.  That will prevent the record from saving if it would be a double booking of same room, same day.

List"-", ToText([Related Location]), ToText([Date]))
